Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website mymidlist.com ("the Platform", "the Website", "the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users, business listing owners, and advertisers.

About MyMidlist

MyMidlist ("we", "us", "our") is a free online business directory and yellow pages platform focused on the Middle East region, including the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, and Turkey. The Platform is owned and operated by Visal K K, based in Kochi, Kerala, India.

MyMidlist enables businesses to create and manage free and premium directory listings, and enables users to discover, search, and connect with businesses across the region.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform, create an account, or submit a business listing. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.
• If you are submitting a business listing on behalf of a company, you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

MyMidlist reserves the right to refuse access to or terminate the accounts of users who do not meet these eligibility requirements.

User Accounts

4.1 Registration

To submit or manage a business listing, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@mymidlist.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in any activity that is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Business Listings

5.1 Free Listings

MyMidlist offers free business listing submissions. By submitting a listing, you grant MyMidlist a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote the listing content on the Platform and in related marketing materials.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information contained in your listing, including but not limited to your business name, address, contact details, description, photos, and operating hours. MyMidlist does not verify the accuracy of listing information and accepts no liability for errors or omissions.

5.3 Listing Approval & Removal

All listings are subject to review before publication. MyMidlist reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at any time without prior notice if it is found to violate these Terms, contain inaccurate or misleading information, or be otherwise inappropriate.

5.4 Premium Listings

MyMidlist may offer paid premium or featured listing options. Any payment terms, refund policies, or additional conditions applicable to premium listings will be communicated at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms.

5.5 User Reviews

Users may submit reviews and ratings for listed businesses. Reviews must be genuine, honest, and based on real experiences. MyMidlist prohibits fake, incentivised, or defamatory reviews and may remove any review that violates this policy or these Terms.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to submit, post, display, or transmit any content that:

• Is false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent.
• Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or invasive of another person's privacy.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including the laws of India, the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, or Turkey.
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Promotes illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or hatred of any kind.
• Contains unsolicited advertising, spam, or keyword stuffing.
• Includes malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Attempts to collect personal data of other users without consent.
• Impersonates any person, business, or entity.

You also agree not to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts without our express written permission.

Intellectual Property

7.1 MyMidlist Content

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the MyMidlist logo, design, layout, text, graphics, software, and blog articles — is the exclusive property of MyMidlist or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any MyMidlist content without our prior written consent.

7.2 User-Submitted Content

By submitting a listing, review, photo, or any other content to the Platform ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You grant MyMidlist a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display your User Content on the Platform and in promotional materials.

7.3 Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@mymidlist.com with details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Third-Party Links & Websites

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, including the websites of businesses listed in our directory. These links are provided for convenience only. MyMidlist does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website.

Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of that website. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party site you visit.

Advertising & Google AdSense

MyMidlist.com may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our Platform and other websites across the internet.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to our site and other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
• MyMidlist does not control the content of advertisements served by third-party networks and is not responsible for their accuracy, quality, or privacy practices.
• Revenue generated through advertising helps us maintain and improve the Platform as a free service.

MyMidlist strictly prohibits any user from clicking on advertisements displayed on the Platform for the purpose of generating fraudulent revenue. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to Google and relevant authorities.

Disclaimers

The Platform and all content, listings, and information provided on it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, content, or information on the Platform.

MyMidlist does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any business listed on the Platform. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any listed business.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyMidlist, its owner, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any content, listing, or information submitted by users or third parties on the Platform.
• Any transaction or relationship between you and any business found through the Platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any listing or content on the Platform.

In no event shall MyMidlist's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyMidlist, its owner, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

Privacy Policy

Termination

MyMidlist reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform or remove any listing at any time and without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Submission of false, misleading, or spam content.
• Conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or MyMidlist.
• Legal requirements or court orders.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall survive.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, Kerala, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@mymidlist.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.

Changes to These Terms

MyMidlist reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Post a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period.
• Send an email notification to registered users where practicable.
