Gaurav Vashisht is the Founder & CEO of Gsquare Technologies FZE, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, delivery governance, and enterprise client engagements across the UAE and global markets. He began his career in 2013 as a software developer, gaining strong hands-on experience in web and application development. Over the years, he progressed into technical leadership and project management roles, leading cross-functional engineering teams, driving system architecture decisions, and delivering complex, enterprise-grade platforms for international clients. In 2019, Gaurav founded Gsquare Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (India) as a fully in-house engineering organization focused on building scalable enterprise platforms and SaaS solutions. Under his leadership, the company evolved into a structured delivery center emphasizing long-term technology partnerships rather than short-term project execution. With growing demand from the GCC region, Gaurav expanded operations into the UAE by establishing Gsquare Technologies FZE at Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park (SRTIP). He relocated to the UAE to ensure direct leadership involvement, on-ground accountability, and closer collaboration with regional clients. Today, Gaurav leads Gsquare’s growth across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, actively participating in major regional technology platforms such as GITEX Global, LEAP, and COMEX, strengthening partnerships and aligning the company with enterprise and government expectations across the Middle East.
